Render Service — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HTML rendering service (the "Service") operated by MarketFresh Studios ("we", "us"). The Service is accessed through the HTML Import for Elementor WordPress plugin (the "Plugin"). By using the Plugin's rendering features, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
The Service loads a web page or an HTML document that you submit through the Plugin into a headless browser, runs its JavaScript, and returns the resulting flattened HTML to your WordPress site so the Plugin can convert it into an Elementor layout. The Service performs this rendering only; it does not publish, host, or store your finished page.
2. Who may use it
The rendering features are part of the paid ("Pro") tier of the Plugin. Access requires an active, valid license. We authenticate each request using the license key sent by your site. Free features of the Plugin (converting pasted or already-static HTML) do not use the Service and do not require a license.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- submit content you do not have the right to copy, render, or reproduce;
- render pages containing unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- attempt to access the render server's file system, network, or other tenants' data;
- circumvent usage limits, licensing, or authentication, or resell the Service; or
- send automated traffic beyond your plan's limits or in a way that degrades the Service for others.
We render submitted markup in an isolated browser context specifically to protect the Service and other users; you must not attempt to defeat that isolation.
4. Usage limits
Rendering is metered. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of renders. When the allowance is reached, rendering requests are declined until the allowance resets or you upgrade. We may apply reasonable rate limits and abuse protections.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or perform maintenance, at any time. The free (non-rendering) features of the Plugin continue to work regardless of the Service's availability.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the URLs and HTML you submit. You grant us only the limited, temporary right to process that content to perform the rendering you requested. See our Privacy Policy for how that content is handled and retained.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Rendered output may not perfectly reproduce the source page, and conversion results depend on the source content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketFresh Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin license in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
